John Rock is finally back with a new column. An interesting read on the world of analog/digital sound from 78's thru CD's, mono thru heavily compressed stereo. There's lots of views on this subject, and we think John has hit the nail on the head.

In acknowledgement of a rather interesting election year, we put together a complilation CD of selected tracks from DJ Monkey's first two CD's,
"Another Evolution", and "3rd World War", including an un-released alternate version of "God Is An Underachiever". It was originally concieved as a promotional piece, but it got some very strong and positive reaction from those who took a look. The reaction was so gratifying that we were convinced to make the CD available. So, we proudly present "Corporate Oil War", being offered for a walloping $5.00 plus postage. We encourage you to take a look.

DJ Monkey's "God Is An Underachiever" video has been drawing lots of views on Youtube and has elicited some pretty strong respone ( not always kind)from viewers.

We're also happy to announce that
DJ Monkey's "Hard Times (NYC)" has received the Rockwired Magazine (Southern California) song of the year award.

On a recent trip to California we uncovered a box of orignal
Responsibles LP's shrink wrapped directly from the pressing plant. These are the original Globe records release. They are available now.
