Phil on stage at San Francisco's Mabuhay Gardens.

George Hastings held down the other half of the rythmn section in the early stages of the group. George contributed occassional backing vocals and a rare lead vocal. George was a superb drummer and played a standard Rogers set, later moving to a double kick drum set. George left the group early on and continues to work successfully on the West coast.
John Rock handled the lead vocals for the group as well as backing vocals. John occassionally played rythmn guitar on selected tracks, using a Mosrite through a small Fender amp.

Brian Allinsmith took over the drum slot early on in the groups existence and was the groups hard hitting anchor throughout the balance of the groups run. Brian picked up the group name of "The Bedrock Basher" for very good reasons. This shot is from an early video promo clip.

The alley along side The Mabuhay Gardens has probably seen more Rock and Roll than most any place in San Francisco. Long a favorite spot for band photos, Brian, John, and Phil took advatage of the grafitti laced area for this shot.

Bassist Sheridan Oakes joined the group in it's latter days. Sheridan stayed with the group through numerous shows until the band closed up shop. We don't know what Sheridan is up to these days.

Phil, Brian, and John at the groups rehearsal studio. No bassist this night.

The Rockers with Brian on drums at San Francisco's Palms Cafe. The Palms was a very popular venue for new bands in the Bay Area, and although it was long an narrow with a small stage, it drew a wealth of talent and packed the room on a regular basis. The Rockers became a big draw at the club, and headlined many a show. This version of the group recorded and released the very popular EP "The Rockers" on their own label, Alcatraz Records.

This the final version of the groupl on stage at San Francisco's Mabuhay Gardens. Soon after, Sheridan was replaced by another bassist, and the group elected to put The Rockers to rest. Re-tooled into The Finders, they would become an even more successful Rock/Power Pop group.
