As the lead vocalist  and co-songwriter for the San Francisco based Rockers and immensely popular Finders, John hung back for several years after the collapse of the latter.     Recording solo and performing/recording  with The Knockers yielded the songs CD, a look at where John was musically during the late 80's and early 90's:
